Installing the idxbig Android App

We distribute the idxbig Android App through direct download from our website. Visit idxbig.app on your Android device, navigate to the App section, and tap the download link. The APK file downloads to your device's default download folder. Once downloaded, open the file and follow the on-screen prompts to install.

You may see a security warning about installing apps from unknown sources. This is normal — Android requires explicit permission to install apps outside the Google Play Store. To proceed, go to your device's Settings, find Security or Apps, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources." Then return to the download and complete the installation.

The app requires Android 8.0 or later. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage space. Once installed, the app icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch idxbig and begin setting up your account.

Account Setup and Verification

When you launch the app for the first time, you'll see a login screen. Tap "Create account" to register. We ask for your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. Fill in these fields accurately — we use this information for account verification and payment processing.

After entering your details, we send a verification code to your email. Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed) and enter the code in the app. Once verified, you can set a password and log in.

To access payment features, we require identity verification. The app guides you through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may need to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie. This typically takes one business day to review. Once approved, you can deposit and withdraw funds.

Account verification protects both you and us. It prevents fraud, ensures compliance with local law, and confirms that you are accessing our services from a supported jurisdiction.

Navigating the App Interface

The app's main screen displays four tabs: Live Tables, Sportsbook, Slots, and Account. Swipe left or right to move between tabs, or tap the tab icons at the bottom of the screen.

Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

To deposit, tap the Account tab and select "Deposit." Choose your payment method from the list: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Enter the amount you want to deposit and tap "Continue."

The app redirects you to your payment provider's interface. Complete the payment using your mobile wallet or banking app. Once confirmed, your balance updates in the idxbig app within seconds. You can then use your balance to place bets or join live tables.

To withdraw, tap Account and select "Withdraw." Enter the amount and choose your payment method. We process withdrawals subject to verification windows — typically one to two business days depending on your bank. Your funds return to the payment method you used to deposit.

Playing Live Tables on Mobile

When you tap a live table, the app opens a full-screen view with the live video feed, betting interface, and chat. The video stream adapts to your connection speed — on 4G or WiFi, you'll see high-quality HD. On slower connections, the app automatically reduces quality to maintain smooth playback.

The betting interface sits below the video. You select your bet type (e.g., Dragon or Tiger for Dragon Tiger), enter your stake, and tap "Place bet." The app confirms your bet and deducts the amount from your balance. Once the round resolves, your account updates instantly with the result.

The chat feature lets you interact with the dealer and other players. Tap the chat icon to open the message box. Type your message and tap send. Dealers respond to questions about game rules or table limits. Keep chat respectful — our moderation team removes abusive messages.

Browsing Sportsbook Markets

The Sportsbook tab shows all available markets. During Liga 1 season, you'll see a dedicated section with upcoming matches. Tap a match to view detailed odds for win/draw/loss, goal totals, player props, and other markets.

Each market displays the current odds in decimal format. Tap an odds button to add it to your bet slip. You can combine multiple selections into a parlay bet. Enter your total stake and tap "Place bet" to confirm.

Live matches show a score ticker that updates in real time. You can place bets during the match — odds shift as the score changes. The app displays a "Match live" indicator so you know which fixtures are currently in progress.

Accessing Slot Games

The Slots tab displays our full game library. Each game shows a thumbnail, title, and RTP (return-to-player) percentage. Tap a game to launch it. The app opens the game in full-screen mode with the betting interface at the bottom.

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We send a reset link to your email. Click the link and create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Jurisdiction and Service Availability
